Join Kendra Marie Moves, LLC, as you are led in a dance pedagogical experience! This workshop is designed to educate current and aspiring dance teachers for all styles and levels through sharing knowledge, experiences, and open dialogue. It is also an opportunity to network and connect with teachers in the area!
What We'll Do!
- Learn and/or review dance pedagogy terms and how to apply them to your classes
- Teach and receive suggested feedback from Kendra Marie and other participants
- Discuss the importance and impact of being knowledgeable in what you teach
- Discuss class pre-planning and post reflection questions
- Engage in guided open discussions

- Individual packets with dance pedagogy information, teaching scenarios, lesson plan examples for studio and academic settings, pre-planning and post reflections questions, and extended resources for dance educators
